Rocky Hoffman, 18, of Manchester was getting ready to serve in the Army when he was badly injured in a car crash. Now, he spends his time fighting to fully recover so he can serve his country one day.
Hoffman was driving home to his family in Manchester for dinner when his Hyundai Tiburon crashed into another car on a wet road in a rural section of Route 530 in Pemberton. Doctors at Cooper Medical Center in Camden told his parents that his physical shape from military training could mean the difference between life and death.
