Mark Orr was a passenger in a vehicle when the driver lost control and the car was hit by a tractor trailer. Oddly enough, it wasn't the accident that caused the brain injury Mark suffers from, but the blow to the head he received from his laptop computer, which was in the backseat, unsecured.
