Stark & Stark Fosamax Attorneys Review Possible Claims

Recently, the Mass Tort attorneys of my firm have started reviewing claims related to Fosamax, the drug commonly used to treat osteoporosis. There have been reports by the Food and Drug Administration that Fosamax, and other bisphosphonates including Actonel, Aredia and Zometa, had been linked to severe side effects including Osteonecrosis of the Jaw (also known as Fossy Jaw, Dead Jaw and Phossy Jaw), low-energy femur fractures and severe and painful injuries affecting bones, joints and muscles. The FDA warned the public to discontinue using the drug if they have experienced any of these injuries.

The Mass Tort team of Stark & Stark is currently reviewing possible cases of Fosamax injuries. If you or a loved one have suffered a severe illness or injury after taking Fosamax, you can have an experienced Mass Tort attorney from our firm review your potential case.
