Brain Injury Lawyer

The Delaware News Journal has a story about a New Jersey father who has sued Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children and two of its doctors, claiming his daughter suffered a brain injury while she was hospitalized for pneumonia. The lawsuit alleges Catherine went into respiratory distress after the breathing tube was removed September 9. The suit claims that as a result, Catherine was left with brain damage and no longer can speak.
