Identifying, Preparing and Handling the Traumatic Brain Injury Case
On August 2, 2011, I presented a webinar in conjunction with the Louisiana Association for Justice. The webinar was a national presentation for attorneys throughout the entire United States and focused on brain injury litigation.
My topic was identifying, preparing and handling the traumatic brain injury case. According to the CDC, 1.7 million people sustain a traumatic brain injury each year. The vast majority of these injuries are classified as mild, yet these injuries can have significant and permanent consequences. During my program, I spoke on how to identify the signs and symptoms of TBI as well as what is needed in order to prepare and handle one of these challenging cases.
