Brain Injury Lawyer

Last Friday, November 11, 2011, I had the honor of being asked to serve as a lecturer at the Consumer Attorneys of California’s (CAOC) 50th Annual Convention in San Francisco, California. CAOC is an organization of more than 3,000 attorneys who represent plaintiffs and consumers who seek responsibility from wrongdoers.

My presentation topic was Identification, Handling and Preparation of a Traumatic Brain Injury Case. During my presentation, I discussed ways in which the signs and symptoms of a traumatic brain injury can be identified, and I also reviewed the components one would need in order to prepare and handle one of these challenging cases.
